I always think a pre-wedding shoot is a wedding essential that many couples forget about. There are so many reasons you should have a pre-wedding shoot – which I’ve written about here. But one of my favourite reasons to have a pre-wedding shoot is so that you can incorporate your pre-wedding photos into your wedding day!
Your pre-wedding photos deserve to get as much love as your wedding photos, and what better way to do that then involve them in the special day? It’s the perfect opportunity to show them off to your loved ones and remind them of the love between the two of you.
Not sure where to start with this? Here are some ideas!
Table photos
Why not incorporate your pre-wedding photos into your wedding day by framing them and making them part of the centrepiece on each table? You can put them in frames that match the theme or ask your florist to incorporate them into the flowers.
Wedding décor
Why not print some of your favourite wedding photos in a large size – such as A1 – and display them around the venue on easels? Alternatively, you could print smaller images and attach them to strings of fairy lights hung around the room. This is a beautiful way to add a personal touch to your wedding décor.
Cupcake toppers
Why not get your pre-wedding photos turned into teeny, tiny prints that can be used as cupcake toppers? These can either be enjoyed during the wedding, or double up as some adorable, personalised wedding favours for your guests.
Welcome board
The welcome board at your wedding will be one of the first things your wedding guests will see. Make it personal with a special display of some of you pre-wedding photos.
Your wedding day should be personal to you! If there are any particular poses or shots you’d like to capture during your pre-wedding shoot because you have some of the above ideas in mind, let me know! I’m always happy to bring your visions to life.
