My 'Bump to Baby' package

I'm Gemma! Motherhood photographer, baby cuddler, and your new best friend. But most importantly, I'm here to shape your most magical milestones into timeless heirlooms, that you can treasure forever.

From my calm and warm studio full of natural light, located in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire, I offer MATERNITY | NEWBORN | SITTER | CAKE SMASH shoots. You can of course choose to purchase these as stand alone experiences. But I would recommend opting for my 'bump to baby' package (maternity and newborn) as it offers you a wonderful discounted rate! From each session, you will receive 10x high resolution digital images to download and 10x 6X4" silk prints of your chosen digital images.

Let me capture the change! Everyone loves a before and after pic, am I right? What could make for a more a magical transition than from bump to baby.

"Being a mama can be tough, but always remember in the eyes of your child, no one does it better than you".

They are correct when they say, (whoever they are), that there is no time more precious than the first few weeks of your baby's life. But it's also super important to have memories of YOU with your baby. So, of course the focus will be on your beautiful new bundle of joy, but whilst you're there enjoying them - I'll be behind the camera, capturing those all important moments of the entire family. If your little one has a proud sibling or three, bring them along! It's so lovely to have everyone involved.

Motherhood is amazing.

And then it is really hard.

And then it is incredible.

And then it is everything in between.

So hold onto the good, breathe through the bad, and welcome the wildest and most wonderful ride of your life.

Here at Gemma Randall Photography, I do things a little differently. I'm not into the 'typical studio' photography. That means, no multi colours, no staged baby posing and no digital backdrops. I love fun facial expressions, playing around, simple colours, minimalistic styling and lifestyle images. Candid moments and true emotions, just solely focusing on you and your family having fun. I have structured my business to be modern yet timeless. I work with natural light and warm tones to create photos which turn into family heirlooms and to be looked at through the generations to come.

There's no rush in the studio, we will have plenty of time to chat, have a cup of tea, outfit changes and feeds. Your session will be relaxed, enjoyable and memorable.  

The Studio Wardrobe

I usually recommend that maternity shoots take place at around 7 months, as I want to make sure you’re comfortable and visibly showing.​​​​​​​​

Not sure what to wear? Mamas, I've got your back! At the studio I have a beautiful selection of dresses for you to borrow. You can even pop to the studio before your session to try anything on and see what you like the best.

Newborn sessions take place within 2 weeks of baby being born. These sessions are flexible, so if they do need to be moved, we can bring it forward or postpone to a later date.​​​​​​​​

What to bring? For you:

• Snacks & a bottle of water

• Your outfits - feel free to arrive in comfy clothes and change at the studio

• Anything you'd like included in your photos - a blanket granny has knitted, a special teddy etc

• Slippers - the studio floor gets a tad cold in the winter

• Postpartum mamas, anything to make you comfortable e.g. your cushion, ice packs, heat packs, nipple cream, any medication

What to bring? For your newborn:

• Extra nappies & wet wipes

• A dummy (if you're happy to use one, even if they haven't had it before as they're useful for soothing)

• For bottle fed babies, more milk than you think you might need

• A plain white baby grow with short or long sleeves and legs out
